The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the energy conservation-HVAC upgrades project.

This project is to perform energy management and HVAC upgrades for several buildings on the Springfield, Illinois campus.

Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked energy conservation-HVAC upgrades.

Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

All bids must include:

  • All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the Illinois Department of Human Rights.


A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held on Monday, February 6, 2006 at 2pm in the Prairie Conference Room on the second floor of 327 W. Calhoun, Springfield, Illinois. All prospective bidders are strongly urged to attend as the meeting is mandatory.
