Work to be performed at 315 W. Carpenter, Springfield, IL per SIU Project #09024 and UAS Project #0999060-02 specifications. Remediation Cleaning Contractor to be responsible for bidding and coordinating all work performed. Please submit two (2) copies of RFQ802 to the Purchasing Office.
THERE WILL BE A PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE VISIT ON AUGUST 12, 2009 AT 10 AM. at the SimmonsCooper Institute located at 315 W. Carpenter, Springfield, IL, main entrance. PLEASE NOTE: Attendance is MANDATORY as this will be the only tour for this project.
Vendors must be registered with the State Board of Elections prior to bid opening AND provide a copy of the Registration Certificate with the bid to the Purchasing Office. There is NO grace period allowing for registration with the Board of Elections after bid opening. See Public Act 095-0971 for additional information.
