This invitation for bid is to provide audio visual equipment to the Participating Universities of the Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) on an â??as neededâ?? basis. For additional information please see the solicitation document.

The initial award will commence upon award acceptance and end March 31, 2017, with the option to renew for two additional two-year renewal periods under the same terms and conditions, based on continuing need, satisfactory performance, and availability of funds.

Questions related to this solicitation must be submitted to the Solicitation Contact no later than 5:00 p.m. Local Time on March 20, 2014. Section A.3 and A.4 of the solicitation document provide additional information.
