The Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) seeks a vendor to perform annual monitoring services, evaluation, and recommendations for investment vendors and investment option offerings under the IPHEC universities' 403(b) retirement plans. In addition, the IPHEC is looking to engage a vendor for the following optional services: create a streamlined and/or tiered investment menu; provide biannual and quarterly monitoring services, evaluation, and recommendations; conduct fee benchmarking studies; and provide general retirement plan consulting.

Submit 12 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
