The Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) seeks a vendor to perform annual monitoring services, evaluation, and recommendations for investment vendors and investment option offerings under the IPHEC universities' 403(b) retirement plans.
In addition, the IPHEC is looking to engage a vendor for the following optional services: create a streamlined and/or tiered investment menu; provide biannual and quarterly monitoring services, evaluation, and recommendations; conduct fee benchmarking studies; and provide general retirement plan consulting.

(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
