Note: This is a resolicitation of 1JWS1803. Any changes from the prior solicitation document (1JWS1803) are noted in red. All vendors are invited to participate.

The Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) seeks a vendor to perform annual monitoring services, evaluation, and recommendations for investment vendors and investment option offerings under the IPHEC universities' 403(b) retirement plans. In addition, the IPHEC is looking to engage a vendor for the following optional services: create a streamlined and/or tiered investment menu; provide biannual and quarterly monitoring services, evaluation, and recommendations; conduct fee benchmarking studies; and provide general retirement plan consulting.

Please note: There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal tele-conference on October 13th, at 9:30 am local time. Details are in Section 1.5 of the RFP. Although not mandatory, participation in this pre-proposal conference is highly advised as state requirements for proposal responsiveness will be discussed.
