The Bid opening date has been changed (extended) to December 17th at 3:00 P.M. local time. The IPHEC is publishing the pdf document "1MAT1601Amendment1.pdf to the Bulletin to amend the solicitation document and address questions received from potential respondents to this solicitation. The published amendment document must be read, signed, completed and returned, along with your technical proposal. Failure to submit the signed amendment with your proposal may result in finding your proposal as "not responsive". This amendment changes the due date, and also includeds the amendment1 and references the sample contracts of some of the Participating Universities, which has also been added as an attachment.

This request for proposal is to provide a cloud computing services program to the Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) member institutions on an as needed basis. For additional information please see the solicitation document.
Proposed Term: The initial award will commence upon IPHEC award acknowledgement and continue three-years from that date, with the option to renew for two additional three-year renewal periods. Both renewal options would be under the same terms and conditions and be based on the continuing need, satisfactory performance, and availability of funds.
Questions Related to this Solicitation: Questions related to this solicitation must be submitted to the Solicitation Contact no later than 5:00 p.m. Local Time on November 12, 2015. Section 1.4 of the solicitation document provides additional information.
