The University of Illinois System (University) seeks written proposals from federal relations firms based in Washington, DC, with expertise relating to, and substantial experience working with, institutions of higher education and federal agencies that sponsor academic research. The awarded Respondent will help the University grow its research enterprise, while supporting efforts to engage with federal policy-makers and advocate for a robust federal agenda. A pre-submission teleconference will be held Tuesday November 12, 2019 at 10:00 AM Central Time. Although it is not mandatory to attend, potential respondents are strongly recommended to attend. Please have a copy of the request for proposal (RFP) available on the call. The University will review the RFP and highlight statutory requirements for submitting a proposal which can be evaluated.
