The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of its three campuses, Chicago, Springfield, and Urbana-Champaign, and its multiple off-site locations (University) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Proposers) to provide Medical Case Management Services for workers compensation claimants. Medical Case Management Services are intended to assist in maximizing medical recovery and facilitating the return to work goals of the University. There is no guarantee of maximum utilization or expenditure with any successful respondent during the contract period.

As described in Section 1.5 of the RFP, a pre-submission teleconference will be held February 15, 2022 at 11 AM Central Time. Although it is not mandatory to attend, potential respondents are strongly recommended to attend. Please have a copy of the RFP available on the call. The University will review the RFP and highlight statutory requirements for submitting a proposal which can be evaluated. See the RFP for call-in information.
As described in the solicitation, Section 1.4, questions must be received no later than February 25, 2022, at 5:00 PM Central Time. Questions received prior to February 11, 2022, at 5:00 PM Central Time will be responded to on the pre-submission teleconference. All questions should be submitted to Daniel Szajna via e-mail (e-mail provided in the RFP).
