Request for Proposal: Online Hosted Training Software
Two vendors' proposals were non-responsive because the proposals submitted were not in compliance with the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) Act. The remaining two vendors' proposals were non-responsible because neither of the responses received the minimum technical evaluation points required to be considered for an award.
Amendment 1 is issued to provide the question and answer session from the pre-proposal conference held June 15, 2020. This amendment does not change the due date/time.

The University of Illinois is seeking on-line hosted training software. The training software should be as broad as possible and be available to any student or employee of the University, from any location through a web browser and app.
A pre-proposal teleconference will be held Monday, June 15, 2020 at 4:00 PM local time. Further instructions are in Section 1.5.
A Public Opening of the responses will be held by teleconference. Please note that the opening will be recorded. Further information is in Section 1.6.2.

Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.

The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
