No vendor was responsive. A new request for proposal (RFP) will be reissued shortly under 9JWS2203. All potential vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-submission conference for 9JWS2203.
Amendment 2 is issued to provide the final questions and answers which were due August 11, 2021.

The University of Illinois, on behalf of its Risk Management Department, (University), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide actuarial services beginning October 1, 2021 through August 31st, 2024 with the option for two (2) three-year renewal periods.
A pre-submission tele-conference will be held August 4, 2021, at 2:00 PM. Please see Section 1.5 of the solicitation document for additional information.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is a 10 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
