The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the University Ethics and Compliance Office, request proposals from responsible vendors to develop an annual Ethics Training Course for University faculty and staff.
The provided course must be compatible with, and hosted by, the University of Illinois learning management system (LMS). The course must be accessible by commonly available personal computing devices, operating systems, and internet browsers.
A pre-submission conference will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 3:00 by SKYPE. Information on the call in number and code are in the RFP document section 1.5.
A Public Opening of the responses will be held by teleconference over SKYPE. Please note that the opening WILL be recorded. Further information is in Section 1.6.2.
Proposals must be submitted through eBidding on this Bulletin. In order to submit an eBid through the Bulletin, Respondents must be registered with the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG). Additional information on how to submit an eBid through the Bulletin is included in the document titled E-BiddingVendorInstructions.docx attached to this notice.
