The University awarded a contract for emergency repairs to a mass spectrometer.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which
immediate repairs were needed to prevent further loss or damage to University property.
Emergency repairs were needed to repair the mass spectrometer that was damaged at the College of Pharmacy fire.
