a contract for hotel accommodations to
Silvertree Property Management, Snowmass Village, CO
for
an estimated $36,500.
Silvertree Property Management will host the "Midwinter Symposium on Practical Surgical Challenges in Otolarygology" to be held February 20-24, 2006. Silvertree will provide the required meeting facilities, catering, audiovisual, and sleeping rooms.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
Silvertree Property Management owns the only hotel in Snowmass Village, Colorado that can accommodate the group size.
