The University awarded a contract for Storage of Hospital Patient Records to Recall Total Information Management, Chicago, IL, for an estimated $300,000.
Storage of Hospital Patient Records for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
files include unindexed records dating back to 1961, and are only accessible through the current vendor, Recall Total Information Management. Relocation of the current records at this time is cost prohibitive. Concurrently, the University Archivist and staff is working to develop a more cost effective strategy for record storage and retrieval.
