an estimated $42,500.
This is a contract for a three-month consulting engagement to develop a strategic plan for the Department of Pediatrics.
Elan Consulting is the only economically feasible choice for the development of the strategic plan of the College of Medicine for their Department of Pediatrics due to their expertise with the complex relationships among the departments, the college and the Medical Center, as well as a familiarity with the overall strategic plan of the Medical Center. The contract to develop and implement the strategic plans will be for three months with the option to renew for two additional three-month periods.
