Continual Therm Flo Inc. Service and maintenance to thirty-five (35) AC units in the Hospital and UI Health facilities. These air conditioning units provide mission critical service necessary to protect our UI Health facilities. Though there is more than one company that can sell Liebert equipment, there is only one authorized service dealer to the Liebert equipment, and that is Therm Flo Inc. Therm Flo is the only certified repair and preventative vendor in Northern Illinois for the Liebert HVAC system installed in these UI Health critical locations. All labor and materials to repair each unit including compressors, refrigerant piping, fan, motors and all electrical components are included in the Agreement. The University has determined that this purchase is only economically available from this source because the compatibility of equipment, accessories, replacement parts, or service is a paramount consideration.
