The University awarded a contract for membership to EAB forums.
Membership to the EAB Higher Education Strategy Forum the Academic Affairs Forum and the Professional & Adult Education Forum.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for membership in professional, academic, research, or athletic organizations on behalf of a public institution of higher education, an employee of a public institution of higher education, or a student at a public institution of higher education. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(1)) Provosts look to the Forum as a resource for combining market intelligence, breakthrough ideas, and practical implementation support on their most critical priorities. We serve provosts in both their core rolesguiding them as Chief Strategy Officer to understand impactful industry forces, and as Chief Change Management Officer to mobilize the campus around institutional goals. EAB will assist to drive transformative change through data-driven insights and best-in-class capabilities in terms of UIC's enrollment student success data & analytics institutional strategy and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
