The University awarded a contract for collaboration research services on HIV prevention to PRIZMA, Dushanbe, Tajikistan, for an estimated $26,500.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
vendor is the only organization in the region that can perform this unique service. This vendor will provide collaborative research services on HIV prevention for Tajikistan migrants. The vendor is fluent in Tajik, Russian and English, is familiar with the Tajikistan ethnography, has prior research experience in HIV prevention, and is familiar with the Tajikistan and Russian region and people.
