The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the University of Illinois at Chicago, Department of Facilities Management is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide operation, management and maintenance for the its newly constructed building at 1747 West Roosevelt, Chicago, IL, for the period beginning on or about October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with the option to renew for 9 additional 12-month periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
The bid opening date has been extended to July 22, 2003.
The University will hold a pre-proposal conference and site visit at 1140 S. Morgan at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2003 in Room B16. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. A maximum of 3 representatives from each firm may attend.
