The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the College of Medicine is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide meeting space, audiovisual equipment and services, catering and parking as needed, for approximately 600+ participants in Gastro Intestinal and Liver Disease (GILD) fundraising event Saturday, October 1, 2005 (preferred date), with two options to renew for future conferences at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
