for Video Production for the University of Illinois at Chicago Office of Student Affairs/Campus Auxiliary Services.

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs/Campus Auxiliary Services is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide video productions services for the period March 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006, with the option to renew for one additional one-year period at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.

The University will hold a pre-proposal conference in the Student Services Building, 1100 West Harrison, Chicago, Illinois 60607, at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 2, 2005 in Room 2788. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective proposers should contact Rochelle Harris at 312-413-5092 on or before February 1, 2005 to register and receive parking information. A maximum of 3 representatives from each firm may attend.
