The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of its Department of Campus Auxiliary Services at Chicago is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide food consultant services for the period October 25, 2006 through October 24, 2007, with the option to renew for 1 additional twelve-month period at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.

Submit five copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
