The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide meeting space, audiovisual equipment, catering, parking, and sleeping rooms, as needed, for approximately 200 participants in the continuing medical education course, "Specialty Review in Neonatology/Perinatology" to be scheduled between February 3 and 16, 2008, with the option to renew for 3 additional twelve-month periods, every other year, at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
