The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois (University), on behalf of its Campus Auxiliary Services Administration, is soliciting information from qualified firms regarding outsourcing licensing services on all of its merchandise.
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. As a result of this RFI, the University plans on subsequently developing a Request for Proposal (RFP). The issuance of this RFI does not commit the University to any procurement of services of any kind. A response to this RFI will be a prerequisite for submitting a response to any subsequent RFP for the services for which information is being solicited.

Submit 10 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
