The Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) is accepting bids from qualified financial entities for the financing of electronic data processing, telecommunications, copying, scientific research, medical, surgical, laboratory and other capital equipment for the period October 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
