The TIE department is looking to upgrade and consolidate its Access databases to a single SQL (Standard Query Language) database that is hosted and maintained by a contractor and can be accessed online 24/7 by all students, staff, instructors and administrators at TIE via an intuitive, user-friendly online interface. In addition, TIE needs that contractor to provide an online application form that matches the TIE website design, is easy for non-native English speakers to use, and is connected to the hosted SQL database.
