The University of Illinois at Chicago Pavilion is seeking bids from qualified commercial audio vendors to provide new speaker clusters and point delays to replace the existing central cluster and delay horns, along with related and miscellaneous accessories for the arena sound system.
An in-person, non-mandatory, pre-bid conference will be held on the main floor at University of Illinois Pavilion, 525 South Racine, Chicago, Illinois 60612 at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on September 13, 2012.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.

This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
