The University of Illinois Chicago on behalf of the Department of Technology and Building Systems is seeking proposals from qualified firms to purchase a cloud-hosted, software-as-a-service package system that will integrate with existing campus building automation System to provide out-of-the-box analytics related to BAS data. These analytics will support the campus goal of continuous and monitoring-based commissioning using fault detection and diagnostics, root cause analysis of HVAC system issues, and prioritization of systems issues for remediation.
