The University on behalf of the University’s Health Community Customer Access Center, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to upgrade the Customer Access Center to improve customer access by the consolidation of the over 20 different access numbers to a single access phone number and to provide high quality customer services for the entire University Health community.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
