University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) on behalf of the Campus Auxiliary Services, University Village Marketplace and University Office of Capital Programs and Real Estate Services (Ć¢??the UniversityĆ¢??)is seeking Proposals from qualified retail brokerage firms to provide marketing development consultation and lease negotiation of retail and office space.

The University will hold an in-person pre proposal conference at the UIC South Campus Property Management Office, 727 W. Maxwell Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60607 at 10:00 a.m CST on Friday, February 14, 2014. Representatives of the University will be present to answer questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective Proposers should respond to Ingrid Worrell at (312) 996-2850 or email at iworrell@uic.edu on or before February 11, 2014 with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of three (3) representatives from each firm may attend.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
