The University awarded a contract for heat exchange installation.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which public health or safety was threatened.
Tuesday evening, November 8,2011 the temperature bundle (heat exchanger) failed at the 623 building (1040 W. Harrison Street). Plant Engineers purchased the new shell and tube bundle. Kroeschell Engineering was called to install the necessary piping work. A quote not to exceed $ 65,000 to include the labor, piping, valves, fittings and installation was received
