Based upon current inpatient volumes, Physician services coverage will be approximately 7 to 8 patients per week. The Hospital inpatient services are to be performed at 1740 W. Taylor St, Chicago, IL 60612. Based upon current outpatient volumes, Physician services coverage will be approximately 20-22 outpatients per week. The outpatient services are to be performed at 1801 W. Taylor St, Chicago, IL 60612 and include: 2 half -day Pediatric Gastroenterology clinics per week and 1 half-day clinic per month for Pediatric Liver Clinic. It is anticipated that one (1) full-time equivalent Pediatric Gastoenterologists will provide service coverage. The daily work schedule can be estimated at 8am to 5pm for 7 days per week but will be set during the term of this Contract by mutual consent between the University and the Contractor with an emphasis on patient-focused care and patient/family satisfaction.
