The University awarded a contract for membership to National Network of Depression Cente.
Annual fee for membership access to participate in the NNDC provides UIC researchers to be part of a national network of researchers in depression. This is the only organization of its kind and there are only 19 members nationally.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditure is a membership in professional, academic, or athletic organizations on behalf of a public institution of higher education, an employee of a public institution of higher education, or a student at a public institution of higher education.
