The University awarded a contract for study abroad program to Oaxaca, Mexico.
Study Abroad Summer 2014 Program trip exclusively paid for by students registered. If minimum enrollments are not met, then the Study Abroad Program trip is cancelled. Vendor will pick up students from the Oaxaca, Mexico airport and provide orientation for safety, cultural experience, and health as well as provide lodging and meals.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because
the procurement expenditures are for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof.
