The University awarded a contract for cardiac arrest reporting program.
Services to include development of a cardiac arrest reporting and quality improvement program in partnership with the Illinois Heart Rescue Project and the Illinois Department of Public Health. These services will enhance data collection and educating of fire-fighters and paramedics.
Funding was obtained from Medtronic Foundation.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof.
