The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide cylinder gases and safety services related to cylinders used on campus for the period commencing January 21, 2008 through June 30, 2010 with the option to renew for 3 additional annual periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
The University will hold a pre-proposal conference and site visit at 809 S. Marshfield, 3rd Floor, Chicago, Illinois at 2:00 p.m. on September 5th, 2007 in Conference Room 308. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective Proposers must respond to 312-996-2852 on or before September 4th, 2007 with firm's name and number of attendees. A maximum of 2 representatives from each firm may attend.
The proposal due date has been extended to September 25, 2007 at 3:00 p.m.
