for consulting services for an assessment of naming rights opportunities and for identification and attainment of sponsorship.

The University of Illinois is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assess the value of naming rights opportunities on the campus of the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), in particular the UIC Pavilion, and, if requested, to identify and attain a long-term naming sponsorship.

The University will hold a pre-proposal conference and site visit at the UIC Pavilion, 525 South Racine, Chicago, at 10 a.m. on September 5, 2001, in the Conference Room. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. (Submitted by Thomas L. Gardner, State Purchasing Officer.)
