The University of Illinois at Chicago invites sealed bids for the purchase of ink and toner cartridges for fax machines and printers along with fax and printer maintenance service during the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011 with the option to renew for one three year period at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm to answer questions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
