The University of Illinois invites sealed bid proposals for Janitorial Services during the period of April 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013 with the option to renew for one (1) additional two (2) year period at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, December 14, 2009 at 10:00 am to answer questions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
