Change Order
Published Friday March 29, 2013
Vendor: The Free Enterprise System, Inc.
Change Order Amount: $54,000

The purpose of this announcement is to modify the contract amount estimated at the beginning of the term. The University awarded a bid for charter coach and shuttle bus services beginning on November 15, 2010 for a period of two years in the estimated amount of $464,622, and subsequently renewed for a period of three years. The original estimate was based on historical expenditures. Actual expenditures are never 100% predictable because they vary as a function of estimated data and information that may change over time. Actual expenditures for the fiscal year 2013 have increased due to increase of teams using the charter coach services for interstate and intrastate games. This change order increases the estimated amount by $54,000 to $297,927 to represent the FY13 actual rate of spend through the end of the renewal term. The estimated amount of a potential renewal is being adjusted accordingly.
The State Purchasing Officer for this procurement is now Gary Reis.
