The University of Illinois invites sealed bid proposals for Unarmed Security Guard Services for three years period with the option to renew for one additional two year period at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
The University will hold a Pre-Bid Conference and Site-Visit on Thursday, March 1st, 2012 at 10:00 am.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
