The following work is needed due to unforeseen conditions:
Install new isolation valve in existing condensate line, replace existing condensate piping and install a future take-off with a valve. It is determined the unforeseen additional scope of services to the contract is in the best interest to the University.

The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

The University of Illinois (âUniversityâ) invites sealed bid proposals for the creation and installation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) System with five years warranty.
A pre-bid and site visit will be held on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 10:00 am to answer questions.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
