The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Chicago requests sealed bid proposals for the installations of LED Signs for marketing purposes outside of the UIC Pavilion and UIC Forum. Vendor will need to remove existing sign (UIC Pavilion), provide all necessary materials and equipment for quality installation, and install the LED signs outside of the UIC Pavilion and UIC Forum as specified herein.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
