At its discretion, as per section 3.2 of the RFP document, Acceptance of Proposals, the University exercises its right to reject all proposals. The request may be solicited at a later date.
Addendum No. 1 is now available. This addendum includes answers to questions and modifies the RFP document.

This Request for Proposal is to retain the services of a Brand Marketing Consultant to reshape consumer perceptions about the overall University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) experience. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for an initial three year term beginning in 2010, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. It is the intention of University to establish a single contract with the successful vendor who will provide design, advertising, and associated services for the University of Illinois at Chicago.
The University will hold a pre proposal conference at 900 S. Ashland Ave. in the Molecular Biology Resource Building (MBRB) Auditorium, Chicago, IL at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, December 15, 2009. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective Proposers must respond to Kimberly Piper at (312) 996-1856 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org on or before December 14, 2009 with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of three (3) representatives from each firm may attend.
**Vendors are encouraged to enter the Molecular Biology Resource Building at 900 S. Ashland Avenue through the Marshfield Avenue entrance.**

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.

Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
