The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), Department of Bioengineering invites sealed bid proposals for the provision of an Ultrafast Laser System for the period beginning May 1, 2011 and ending April 30, 2013.
The University will hold a pre-bid conference and site-visit at the University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Bioengineering Lab, Room SEL 2018, 851 S. Morgan St., Chicago, IL 60607. Representatives from the Purchasing Division and the Department of Bioengineering will comprise the panel to respond to answer any questions regarding the Ultrafast Laser System and Invitation to Bid procedures. It is not mandatory that the Contractors attend this pre-bid conference, however it is highly recommended. Prospective Proposers must respond to Purchasing Desk Attendant at 312-996-2850 or Kimberly Piper at 312-996-1856 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org on or before April 4, 2011 with firm’s name and number of attendees. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each firm may attend. Attendees are encouraged to bring a copy of sealed bid KTP032 to the pre-bid meeting.
