The successful proposer will provide services related to the redesign of several of the University's Web sites, including the main site (http://www.uic.edu) and the News Bureau site (http://www.uic.edu/depts/paff/opa/). The successful proposer shall be responsible for site design and concepts, site navigation, dynamic content, authoring, rollout and architecture, and back-end and database development. Time is of the essence.
