Comments:
Two other firms were invited to bid, and did not respond. One firm stated they did not receive notification, yet our records show that all three companies invited to bid downloaded the bid documents. In addition, a total of 34 firms downloaded the bid doucments. The responsive bidder submitted a comprehensive bid including four options.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
