The IPHEC will hold a pre bid conference at, UIC Purchasing Office at 809 South Marshfield, Chicago, IL 60612, third floor on Friday, December 11, 2009, at 2:00 pm central time. Representatives of the IPHEC will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective Bidders must respond to Mary Cooke, Contract Coordinator, via e-mail at maryc@uic.edu or 312-413-1610 on or before date.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
