The University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center (UICMC) Department of Radiology is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide supplemental radiological technology services by licensed medical radiographers for the period January 15, 2000 through January 14, 2001, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need, and availability of funds. The proposers must be able to provide the following medical radiographers: Abdominal OB Sonographer; Angiographer; Cardiac Cath Radiographer; CT Technologist; Echocardiographer; General Radiographer; Mammographer; MRI Technologist; Nuclear Medicine Technologist; and Vascular Sonographer.
The University will hold a pre-proposal conference at 809 S. Marshfield, Room 304, Chicago, Illinois 60612 from 10:00am CDST on November, 18, 1999. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective roposers must respond to 312-996-2850 on or before with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of three representatives from each firm may attend. (Submitted by Thomas L.
