for construction management services for the College of Medicine Research Building.
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, on behalf of the Office for Capital Programs, is seeking proposals from qualified firms (proposers) to provide construction management services from the pre-construction phase through the post-construction phase for the new College of Medicine Research Building and related renovation/remodeling work.
Services are anticipated to begin July 9, 1999 through June 15, 2003 or until completion of warranty phase.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at the Chicago Illini Union, in Chicago Room A located at 828 S. Wolcott, Chicago, Illinois on Monday, April 19, 1999 at 9:00 am CDST. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures.
